When you use our booking form, we collect:
Service type and document details you provide
Your location or meeting address
Any notes or special instructions
Documents you choose to upload for review
We also collect limited technical data automatically via Google Analytics 4 (see Section 4).

4. Google Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. It collects anonymized data such as pages visited and general geographic location — not your name, email, or form submissions. You may opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
5. File Uploads
Documents uploaded through our booking form are stored securely on our private server solely to fulfill your notary request. Files are not shared with any third party and are deleted after your appointment.
6. Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA)
If you are a Virginia resident, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email info@clarknotarysigning.com. We do not sell personal data.
7. Data Retention
Booking inquiry data and uploaded documents are retained only as long as necessary and deleted within 90 days of your appointment.
8. Security
We use server-side access controls and restricted file upload policies to protect your data. Our uploads directory blocks direct browser access and prohibits executable file types.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
